I provided technical strategy and expertise to the first IBM Spark Design Conference that saw a significant increase in awareness of IBM's human-centered design system. I developed and coordinated with the summit leaders to deliver the conference virtually. In addition, I was responsible for helping prepare thirteen producers over several weeks from all around the country. The summit was a success, and as a result, new producers have been created for future projects.

I provided technical strategy and development for IBM's Technical Leadership Summit, which includes designing and developing a system of tools for an all-virtual Livestream. This summit was a significant milestone for IBM, and there were substantial engagement numbers.

The significant number of people engaged with these two conferences was vital because it helped serve our team goals of expanding awareness and practice of our human-centered design system, carrying out IBM's overall strategic business goals.
