IBM's Universal Experiences represents an end-to-end experience model based on customer research, focusing on having a shared language between all cross-functional team members. Teams that not only focus on a product or service they deliver but also on all the moments before and after delivery. This innovative and unifying customer lifecycle model is a foundation for excellence in orchestrating experiences across everything IBM does.

For this project, I worked with various team members, including the Distinguished Designer, to conduct interviews with executives, the Design Principal to incorporate brand, and the lead Content Designer in story development, producing and editing the video content.
